Born in Ufa in 1914. In 1937, Anisiforova graduated from the Art department of the Ufa Art College, where she studied under Aleksandr Tyulkin and Ivan Uryadov. In 1943, she became a member of the Artists Union. Anisiforova received the title of the Merited Artist of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 1977. She worked as a graphic designer for the Bashkhudozhnik collective. Died in 1989.
